Explore the lush and sacred lands of the mountains of Puerto Rico, connect with soul sisters, release resentments and let go of the past in fire burning rituals, & meditate during sunrise.

Sensual Goddess Day:
• Morning Goddess Meditation: focused on breath and and connecting to your kundalini and shakti energy.
• Delish Breakfast
• Group gathering with meditation and discussion of the days theme and focus
• Free time to explore the beach together
• Lunch: Sensual Eating
• Workshop: tantra + the link to your confidence, self-esteem and creativity
• Enjoy mud baths in the sacred natural mud from the river on premise
• Dinner
• After Dinner: Journey Dance exploring our sensual energy
Warrior Goddess Day:
• Morning sunrise meditation: focusing on fire breath and activating core strength
• Delish Breakfast
• Group gathering to discuss days intention and events
- Relaxing and fun walks through the lush lands and dips in the natural river falls.

• After Dinner: workshop: discussion+ exercises focused on accessing our self esteem, rituals to let go of past wounds, and deep connection to art of boundaries and true courage
